Since its foundation, the German hardware supplier Hautau has consistently affirmed its commitment to developing innovative products while always keeping sustainability and cost in mind. In the process of creation of the products, the manufacturer always focuses on the final user. This fact was reflected once more during the trade fair Fensterbau/Frontale 2016. HAUTAU appeared at the 2016 edition of the Nuremberg event under the motto “Comfort is our world”, giving the customers one more proof in terms of quality and performance.
 
- How would you describe the current situation on the European market for windows and doors hardware systems?
- The international markets are changing continuously. The current studies show, for example, that in 2019 one third of windows sold in Germany will be produced abroad. Taking into consideration the evolution of the construction sector, it can be assumed that the sales of windows will consistently increase. Our company develops sliding hardware and building automation for windows and façades and we are quite customer oriented, adapting our products to the country-specific requirements. Now, we have an export quota of almost 65%, and supply our products already in more than 60 countries and consider this is an important advantage in the new economical context.
- Which were the measures implemented lately by Hautau to counteract the market imbalances in the period of recession?
- As an innovative enterprise, we are always developing new solutions for our partners. We are looking into the market to get aware of specific requirements and functions which can be optimized and complemented. Everything with a view to our professional trading partners and window manufacturers. They need innovative and high-quality products to be competitive.
- Name the main reasons for which you decided to access Romanian market.
- For this country, there are optimistic signs which show an economic recovery, thus during the next years a positive development in the building industry can be expected. The subsidies together with the strengthening in infrastructure will accelerate this process, especially in the metropolitan area Bucharest. That's why we would like to increase our market share alongside with our trading partners. Also, we intend to start new partnerships.
- Which are your objectives on medium and long term related to this market?
- On the medium term, we would like to adapt our trading partner structure to the Romanian market. In a longer perspective, we want, trough suitable products and measures, to reach increases in sales and improve the awareness of Hautau brand. To strengthen our position on the Romanian market, we employed a new salesman, in the person of Radu Marchis, who became our sales representative at the national level. He will further develop our distribution channels in tour country and will hold a direct and close contact with the trading partners or thermal insulating joinery manufacturers.

SIMONSWERK/HAUTAU: Perspective realiste de majorare a livrarilor

Experienta profesionala: 14 ani in domeniul feroneriei.
 
Experienta de peste 100 de ani a companiilor Simonswerk si Hautau le-a asigurat acestor societati pozitia de lideri pe nise specifice ale pietei mondiale de feronerie. Succesul firmelor respective s-a cladit pe promovarea unor produse inovatoare, de o calitate ridicata, iar, prin serviciile complexe de consultanta cu privire la alegerea solutiilor corecte, implementarea si intretinerea lor, a fost obtinuta o imbunatatire permanenta a gradului de satisfactie a clientilor, care s-a rasfrant inclusiv in performantele financiare ale partenerilor din intreaga lume.
 
- Cum percepeti evolutia cererii de sisteme performante de feronerie?
- Am constatat inca din 2015 faptul ca a sporit cota de piata a produselor de inalta calitate. Se pare ca atunci a fost momentul in care producatorii de usi/ferestre si beneficiarii au inceput sa analizeze mai atent ofertele primite si sa nu mai ia in considerare doar solutiile cu pretul cel mai mic. Probabil au realizat ca deciziile anterioare, luate in perioada crizei economice, cand piata a fost „inundata” de produse ieftine si neconforme, au generat doar reclamatii si au dus la deteriorarea imaginii companiilor respective. De asemenea, directionarea unui procent tot mai consistent din livrari catre export i-a obligat sa ia in considerare solutiile premium, ce garanteaza indeplinirea unor exigente stricte si executia unui produs finit cu o fiabilitate ridicata.
- Care sunt elementele ce obstructioneaza dezvoltarea sanatoasa a domeniului?
- In orasele mari din Romania puterea de cumparare este comparabila cu aceea din localitati vest-europene de dimensiuni similare. Cu toate acestea, existenta unor produse de calitate indoielnica si lipsa unor specificatii tehnice concrete din cererile de oferta pot duce la luarea deciziei strict pe criteriul pretului. Probleme apar si din cauza lipsei de profesionalism si slabei consilieri a beneficiarilor, care nu primesc informatiile corecte si nu cunosc exact beneficiile ofertelor alternative. Tot mai des in ultima vreme clientii considera ca dezamagirea unui produs de slaba calitate persista mult timp dupa ce bucuria pretului mic a disparut. Aceasta demonstreaza ca principii precum fiabilitatea, designul si siguranta in exploatare au devenit mai importante, contribuind la cresterea notorietatii producatorilor.
- Ce sanse reale are piata din Romania de a se alinia la exigentele europene in materie de calitate?
- Tara noastra are un potential mare de crestere pe segmentul constructiilor, pentru a recupera decalajul imens fata de Europa Occidentala. Exista cladiri de birouri din clasa A ocupate deja in proportie ridicata inca din faza de proiect, iar cererea ramane in continuare mare pe acest segment. Mai ales in urma tragediei din clubul „Colectiv”, in prezent sunt specificate si analizate in detaliu inclusiv elementele componente ale subansamblelor unei constructii, cum ar fi balamalele usilor rezistente la foc sau performantele tehnice ale sistemelor de ventilare naturala si desfumare la incendiu, ceea ce nu se intampla in trecut, in pofida alinierii legislatiei nationale la cea comunitara. In conditiile actuale, atat Simonswerk, cat si Hautau au perspective realiste de consolidare a cotelor de piata in intervalul urmator.
